FBJ Content Submission Agreement

FBJ Content Submission Agreement(“FBJ”, “FuckBondiJunction”, “fckbondijunction”, “fuckbondi”, “bondijunction”, “we”, “us”, “our”)This agreement applies to any person submitting media (“the sender”, “you”, “the person”, “the submitter”, “the content provider”, “the participant”, “the contributor”) to FBJ by any method, including but not limited to: Instagram direct messages, Discord messages, Facebook messages, email, online forms, in-person handover, or any other communication method.By submitting any media to us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ownership and Responsibility1.1 You confirm you are the creator and/or legal owner of the media you submit, or that you have full and proper authorisation from the creator/owner to submit the media to us under these terms.
1.2 You take full responsibility for the content you submit, including all legal consequences arising from its creation, possession, and distribution.
1.3 If contacted by law enforcement, government bodies, or any other legal authority regarding submitted media, all legal responsibility rests solely with you, the sender. FBJ will not be held liable in any way.
1.4 You acknowledge that submitted media may depict activities that could be illegal or unsafe. You accept sole responsibility for any consequences related to these activities, whether past, present, or future.
2. Licence to Use2.1 By submitting media, you grant FBJ a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:Post, re-post, and distribute your content across any current or future platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, Telegram, Reddit, and any future social networks.Edit, crop, overlay text or graphics, apply filters, add or remove audio, translate, or otherwise modify the content in any way we see fit.Add our name, logo, branding, or other identifying marks.Use your content for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes without additional permission or payment.Use all content on your social media profiles including storys, posts and videos.Use your content in compilations, advertisements, merchandise, or digital products.2.2 This licence also includes the right for FBJ to issue DMCA and copyright takedown notices to protect the content and/or your privacy.
2.3 This licence cannot be revoked unless both FBJ and the sender agree in writing via email and a signed contract after (3) hours of accepting this agreement.
3. Communication and Record-Keeping3.1 All communications with FBJ (messages, calls, emails, in-person conversations) may be recorded, screenshotted, photographed, archived, or otherwise documented for evidence and reference purposes.
3.2 These records may be stored indefinitely and may be used for legal protection, dispute resolution, or archival purposes.
4. Agreement and Acceptance4.1 Agreement to this contract can be given by:Replying “yes”, “yeah”, “yh”, “ok”, “I agree”, or any similar confirmation in any communication.Providing a signature (physical or digital).Sending media with knowledge of these terms.
4.2 Once agreed, the terms remain in effect for all future media submissions by you, unless formally cancelled.
4.3 Cancellation is possible within three (3) hours of your initial agreement and must be done via email to [email protected]. Your cancellation request must include:Your full name (or alias used at the time of submission)The platform you used to agree (Instagram, Discord, etc.)Your username or identifierProof that the request is within the 3-hour window5. Indemnity and Legal Protection5.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FBJ, its owners, operators, team members, affiliates, and partners from any claims, legal actions, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your submission or our use of your content.
5.2 This indemnity applies regardless of jurisdiction and survives termination of this agreement.
6. General Provisions6.1 This agreement is binding in all countries and jurisdictions.
6.2 FBJ reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued submission of media after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6.3 If any clause of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect.Contact Email: [email protected]

Users that agree after 22/8/25 that this agreement may be updated, edited and or changed. You agree that this may be done, you may find all changes to this agreement on our story via instagram.You accept that if you have agreed to this content submission agreement, we may see any interaction with us such as: Commenting, liking posts, Direct messaging, email, discord server user, submitting content and other interactions on our accounts as acceptance of the updated agreement.
